Reesa Lerner – Animal Assisted Therapy: a Jewish Perspective

About Reesa:
Reesa is a registered Clinical Social Worker. Inspired by a beagle named Bailey, she has been researching, training and working in the Nature and Animal Assisted Therapy field since 2006. She is also a sessional instructor at Lakeland University teaching courses in the Animal Assisted Wellness Program.

Reesa completed her Masters of Social Work, with a clinical focus, at Yeshiva University (NY), her Bachelor of Social Work from York University, and Bachelors in Psychology from the University Alberta. She specializes in working with teens and adults with complex needs.
