This fun class, drugs aimed at seniors, story will feature cardio and strength training, viagra flexibility and balance. If your doctor says you can be physically active, this class is for you. Make an investment in yourself. The hardest part is just showing up.

On Your Seat or On your Feet with Ilonka Wormsbecker

This class is an entertaining introduction to the use of weights and stretch bands to improve bone density, flexibility and strength. This program is great for both able-bodied persons and those with physical limitations.
